Some flavors contain a blend of pea protein and brown rice protein. Other flavors contain just pea protein, but have added plant based amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) to provide a full amino acid profile.

Our products are sweetened with natural stevia. Some flavors contain a very small amount of organic coconut sugar, with only 3 grams of total sugar.

The most popular way is to make it overnight. But, you can eat them as a quick serve (just add water or milk), make it into a smoothie, add hot water, or microwaving it are all great options. Everyone has their preferred way.

Our product does not contain dairy, gluten, soy, egg, or nuts (except our peanut butter dream flavor which DOES contain peanuts). However, our product is processed in a facility which may contain nuts, soy, dairy, wheat, shellfish, and eggs.

Yes, everything in our product is 100% plant based and Vegan.

You can change or cancel your order before it’s been shipped. Once the products have been shipped, we can no longer change or cancel the order.

We only sell each flavor in boxes of 7 pouches. If you wish to purchase different flavors, you can order multiple boxes. But unfortunately, we don’t sell variety boxes at this time. 

Unfortunately, we do not send out free samples, however, if you are unsatisfied with the product after you purchased it, let us know and we’ll make things right.
