Hi, I'm Christian!
I'm the owner and founder of prOATein-MEALZ. I've been in law enforcement for 15 years and also became a certified fitness coach. I'm very interested in health, wellness and human performance. Growing up I've always been highly active. I have an athletic background playing soccer at a provincial level, as well as partaking in several other sports including basketball, hockey, football, and baseball. I enjoy challenging myself in different kinds of physical activity such as training in boxing and jiu-jitsu. I'm a big believer in optimizing health and enjoy learning and staying up to date with information that improves overall well-being, including exercise, nutrition, sleep, cognitive and physical performance.
Our Story
The name "Proatein" was born from the fusion of "Protein" and "Oatmeal." We wanted a name that clearly conveyed our focus on protein-packed oatmeal. The addition of "Mealz" signifies that our product isn't just a snack; it's a complete and filling meal. It reflects our commitment to offering fulfilling and nutritious food options for our customers.
We are a huge proponent in maintaining healthy eating habits. But, many times life gets busy and finding or preparing healthy meals can be challenging and time consuming.
So, we like to find ways on how to create meals that are not only quick, easy, convenient and high in nutrients, but also taste great. After much time and effort of finding the right formulation, we have now found the solution where you can enjoy instant oatmeal that isn’t bland or high in sugar with no nutritional benefits.
Changing The Game
Our individual serving pouches are perfect for those on the move. Each serving contains a whopping 30 grams of plant-based protein, meticulously crafted from a blend of pea protein, brown rice protein, and oat protein. We've left out dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, and soy, making it suitable for a wide range of dietary needs. And rest assured, there are no artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors here.
