PROATZ REWARDZ PROGRAM
Earning Rewardz
Reward Proatz can be earned on subscriptions and single purchases when you create an account. You earn 5 Proatz for every $1 spent that will automatically be added to your account after every purchase.
Redeeming Rewardz
For every 500 Proatz, you earn $1 that can be used at checkout on any purchase when logged on into your account. For subscriptions, you can redeem reward Proatz for any monthly delivery by applying them prior to the next payment date. The amount will be deducted from the total for that specific month.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
By subscribing to Proatein Mealz’s monthly subscription, you agree to receive our product on a recurring basis. By selecting the Subscribe option and placing an order through our Subscription Program, you acknowledge and accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless canceled by the subscriber.
Subscription Pricing
The monthly subscription price will be clearly stated on our website. Subscription pricing may be subject to change. We will notify subscribers in advance of any price adjustments. Discounts cannot be added to recurring subscription pricing.
Payments
Payment for the first month will be processed immediately upon subscribing and the subscription begins immediately after the payment is accepted.
Subsequent monthly payments will be automatically charged to the payment method on file unless the subscription is canceled. You authorize Proatein Mealz or its third party payment processing provider(s) to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) based on the delivery frequency you select until you cancel. We automatically charge you the total, then current price of the item(s) in your subscription order on the date that order is processed, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, each delivery frequency period upon renewal until you cancel. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PROATEIN MEALZ WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR SUCH AUTOMATIC, RECURRING PAYMENTS.
If your payment method fails, we will notify you of the payment failure and retry the charge. If the charge continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled and you will be required to contact us to reactivate your subscription. When your subscription is reactivated, you will then be able to update your payment information, if necessary. You can update or edit your payment information anytime via the “Manage Subscription” page in your online account.
Changes to pricing of products in your subscription may occur at any time and we will notify you of any price change with the option to cancel. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by canceling your subscription prior to the next scheduled ship date as described in the “Cancellation Policy” section below.
Cancellation
Subscribers can cancel their monthly subscription at any time by logging into their account on our website. Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent any further charges. If cancellations are made after a billing date, you payment is non-refundable and your subscription will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
Modifications To The Subscription Policy
We may, in our sole discretion, cancel all or part of your subscription order at any time for any reason, in our discretion. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. We may also limit the number of products in your subscription order. In the event we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in abuse of our subscription program, your account may be suspended. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or make changes to these Terms at any time. If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER MODIFICATION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped to the address provided during the initial subscription setup. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or shipping carrier issues.
Agreement Acceptance
By subscribing to Proatein Mealz’s monthly subscription program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this subscription policy.

MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT POLICY
Proatein Mealz is proud to support members of the military and first responders who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving our community and nation. This discount policy outlines the terms and conditions under which eligible individuals can receive discounts on our products.
Eligibility
The following individuals are eligible to receive discounts:
- Active duty Military Personnel
- Reservists
- Veterans
- First Responders (Active or Retired): Police Officers, Firefighters, and Paramedics (Retired members must have a minimum service of 8 years or more).
- Doctors and Registered Nurses
Discount Offer
Eligible individuals will receive a 15% discount on product purchases offered by Proatein Mealz. The specific discount percentage and eligible products or services will be determined by the company and may be subject to change.
Verification
To claim the discount, eligible individuals must provide valid proof of their status as a military member or first responder. Acceptable forms of verification include a valid:
- Military ID / First responder badge or ID
- Proof of current or former employment in a first responder agency
Redemption
Once verified, the eligible individual will be provided a discount code that can be redeemed by providing it during the online checkout process. The code can only be used by the eligible individual through their account.
Terms and Conditions
- Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, discounts or coupons.
- Discounts are not applicable to taxes, shipping, or gift card purchases.
- Proatein Mealz reserves the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate the Program and/or Discount at any time, for any reason, without notice, which can include refusal of Discount at the time of purchase.
- Individuals found to misuse the discount or provide false verification may be disqualified from future discounts.
