Refund policy

If you are unhappy with any Proatein Mealz product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at info@proateinmealz.com and we will try to make things right. If we cannot come to a resolution, we will provide you with a full refund. Item must be unopened and fully sealed as it was received. 

If you request a refund for return, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by Proatein Mealz. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund.
