Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders go out within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and delivered within 2-6 days when shipped, depending on your location.
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
FREE ONTARIO-WIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OF $120 OR MORE (BEFORE TAXES).
FREE CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OF $175 OR MORE (BEFORE TAXES).
WE OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY IN THE ORANGEVILLE, ONTARIO AREA ON ALL ORDERS. (See local delivery policy below for more information).
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@proateinmealz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.
PRODUCT CONCERNS
If you have any concerns with the condition of your order in any way, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@proateinmealz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Delivery Area
We offer local delivery within the Orangeville, Ontario area.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are typically made during our regular business hours of Monday-Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 2:00 pm.
We do not deliver on weekends and holidays.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery within the City of Orangeville, ON.
Local Delivery Process
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery date.
If no one is available at the time of the delivery, your package will be left at the front door.
If you have specific delivery instructions or requests, please include them when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
We provide order tracking so you can monitor the status of your delivery. You will receive a tracking link via email.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is out for delivery. Delivery fees are not refundable for orders cancelled after the package is out for delivery.
Liability
While we take great care in delivering your items, we are not liable for any damage or loss of items once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer.
